Cancellation Policy

1. Appointment Request Process All appointment requests must be submitted through our official website, via phone, or by email. A valid contact number and email address must be provided when booking an appointment. Requests for appointments must be made at least 48 hours in advance. 2. Appointment Confirmation All appointments will be confirmed by a representative from 1st District Real Estate within 24 hours of the request.Confirmation will be provided via email or phone call. Unconfirmed appointments are not valid. 3. Rescheduling and Cancellations Clients must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time if they need to reschedule or cancel. Failure to provide 24-hour notice for cancellations may result in a cancellation fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and we will do our best to accommodate your preferred new time. 4. No-Show Policy A "no-show" occurs when a client fails to appear for a scheduled appointment without prior notice. Clients who no-show for their appointment may be charged a fee and could be required to prepay for future appointments. Multiple no-shows may result in the termination of our business relationship. 5. Late Arrivals If a client arrives late to an appointment, the appointment may be shortened to ensure that subsequent clients are not inconvenienced. If the client is more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment, which may be considered a no-show. 6. Appointment Agreement By booking an appointment with 1st District Real Estate, clients agree to provide accurate information regarding their needs and intentions. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel appointments if we believe the client is not acting in good faith. 7. Confidentiality All information shared during the appointment will be treated as confidential. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent unless required by law. 8. Fees and Payments Any fees related to the services provided will be discussed during the appointment and must be agreed upon in writing before services are rendered. Payment terms and conditions will be outlined in the service agreement. 9. Limitation of Liability 1st District Real Estate is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from the client's failure to comply with the appointment booking policy.
